Back in the Saddle

Well after finally finding my long lost camera I have finally found time to download a card. It has been a very busy month. Pateley turned 6, and the twins turned 1. And I have gone back to work part time after having 18 months off. I am still on leave for another 6 months but I do get some short term contract work which is what I am currently doing.

Bare with me while for the rest of the summer, as cards will be few and far between. I hope you enjoy this one.

Enjoy the best the season has to offer wherever you are.

  4. Hi Rieca! Thanks for visiting and to answer your question, there is a small art store downtown that carries a limited supply of the sketch copics. I've talked to the owner of the rubber stamping store right off the freeway called Stampadoodle and she is considering carrying them. Last time I was in she did say she was going to get the Copic Atyou Spica Glitter pens.

I purchased mine from ebay at a very affordable price (for Copics) ;) and mine are the Ciaos.

Hope you are enjoying your summer!

  6. Very pretty card! I really like the butterflies with the rhinestones. I wanted to let you know that I bought my Essential Glue pad from Papertrey Ink. It was $10 for which you get a blank pad and a little bottle of glue. You apply the glue to the pad. I love it and it stamps just like Versamark, I tossed the glitter on top and it formed the exact form.

  7. Hi,

I wanted to answer your question that you posted on my blog today. If you press down and sort of bounce the punch, you should get embossed snowflakes. If you aren't getting the embossing, I'd return the punch for another.

Thanks for visiting my blog and your sweet comment.
